The DRA 2018 AGM will be held at the Deakin Bridge Club, Duff Place, Deakin on 21 November 2018. The papers about the meeting are at the link on the DRA website :
- Notice of Meeting, including the Agenda;
- Nomination form for Office bearer and Committee positions;
- Proxy form for those people unable to attend.
Copies of the Minutes of the 2017 AGM and 2018 audited financial statements will be made available at the meeting.
Please note that drinks and nibbles will be available from 5.45 pm and after the conclusion of the meeting.
It is intended that the Guest speaker will talk and be available for questions from 6.00pm to 6.30 pm. The name of the speaker will be advised to you separately, once this has been finalised.
The business of the AGM will commence at 6.30 pm.
Could you please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are no longer a resident of Deakin or, if you are not, whether you still own property in Deakin. In this instance you may still be eligible to be a member.
