The ACT Government  is facilitating a ‘community panel’ to engage with the Federal Golf Club and their developer in relation to proposed future development of part of the Federal Golf course for retirement housing. They are inviting a range of organisations to participate in the community panel, including ISCCC, Red Hill Regenerators, Hughes/Garran residents groups, Deakin Residents Association, and Conservation Council. The first meeting was on 3 August 2017 6.30-8.30pm and second meeting 15 August 6.30-8.30pm at the Club, Gowrie Drive, Red Hill. Members interested in the proposal might like to participate.
